Hi! I’m Kandace, BSN, RN, with a background in outpatient nursing and critical care nursing with a lifelong passion for health, wellness, and fitness. I am currently an intensive care nurse in a local hospital and have been able to call this beautiful coastal community home for the last 3 years. I created Beachside Vitality to blend my clinical expertise with my love for preventative care, hydration, and vibrant living. When I’m not caring for patients I can be found at the beach, trying local restaurants, or spending time with my family going on adventures. I enjoy sharing wellness tools and knowledge that make people feel their best—without sacrificing fun or flexibility. My husband, a critical care paramedic and firefighter, occasionally joins me to assist with mobile infusions. Together, we’re here to help you feel better, faster.
